A family member of mine inquired about a vehicle and was ready to pay!!! They gave him the run around due to holding the vehicle! Why in the world would you post the vehicle for sale online?????? Why would you tell him you would take his payment then not take it? Why tell him the car is his then go back on your word? A person is only as good as their word! I requested Information on a specific GLE 350 and Antony Vega called me asap to let me know that they had the car I wanted in stock and told me I could come by to check it out. He was very nice and knowledgeable and answered every question we had. I loved the fact that we did not feel pushed or trapped by him or anyone else at the dealership. This was not or first new car purchase and normally it’s always a headache and stressful and makes us want to run out of there. But the was not the case with Anthony Vega. I definitely would recommend everyone to him because not only did he know what he was talking about but he also made us feel very comfortable. As soon as we decided to make the deal this other gentleman ( I forgot his name) helped us with the paper work and he was also amazing and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back! :)

Just cant believe it. I bought a GTC AMG one year and half ago and i was 1000% sure i have purchased windshield protection coverage as well. 3 months into it, it cracked and when i called them they told me i do not have it. It went on for a year. Finally i got the paperwork to prove i have that coverage. smh i expected a lot better but employees lying.

The personnel is outstanding! - I usually get help from Bryan Hoffrichter, and he goes above and beyond to ensure customers complete satisfaction. I was there recently, and I was able to get a loaner car while my car was being serviced, Bryan knew that I was dropping my car on my way to work and he had the loaner car ready for me so I can get to work on time, and in a few hours later, he called to let me know my car was ready, so on my way back I was able to pick up my car. Poor community and information shared in the service team! I made an appointment for Schedule A service, the price was better than another dealership. I was assigned to one service rep. I also asked if there is a complimentary car wash and I was told “just mentioned it to the service rep” It turned out the service rep has a day off on that day and I was not informed. So they assigned another rep to me. I mentioned car wash, service rep told me “car wash “ is under construction. What kind communication among their group? I was told the special price has 10% off on the phone, then I was told that does not apply because it’s special.

I made an appointment to do Schedule A service and assigned me to a service rep. I also check the price for the service which is better than the other dealership. Then I asked about complimentary car wash, I was told “just mention to the rep” When I brought the car in, the assigned rep took a day off, no replacement was assigned. So I have to wait to get one. When I mentioned the car wash, I was told that car wash is under construction. What kind communication among their team members? I was told on the phone there is a 10% , then the rep said “No”. The service includes tire rotation, my mileage is about 3600 miles, so rep said it’s not needed. Shall I bring my car in when it gets 5000 miles? Overall, the team members are lack of communication, the information given were not aligned.

First off, House of Imports has inventory of EQS models at the dealership unlike the others where the cars are awaiting delivery and even then someone has already purchased them sight unseen. On a whim, my wife and I stopped by a MB dealership in Newport Beach. They had two cars in the showroom but only one was available to sit in, the base model with no other options. It’s still a nice car but they wanted a $25,000 markup because of demand. No way we were paying that for a car with no options. We later started browsing online and that’s when we noticed better selection of ESQ at House of Imports. We submitted a request for a well-equipped model. Almost immediately we heard from Nick Salama. My first question to him was “Do you guys add market demand adjustment surcharge?” I was pleasantly surprised when he confirmed House of Imports adds no such extra charge. Then I asked him about trading in our 2019 Audi eTron that had some damage to the front passenger side bumper and headlights and whether I should repair it first or if House of Imports could take the car as-is. After we input the information on the car, we were surprised again by the trade in value offered-even with the body damage to the car. That pretty much sealed the deal. We went in, test drove the EQS, signed the papers and went home in a better and more luxurious electric car capable of almost double the range of the car we had. And that’s not all; within a few days we received a call from the finance manager who told us that they found additional rebates. He emailed us new paperwork that we signed electronically. And now we are paying less than what we originally thought we were going to pay. In short, House of Imports is the place to go for a Mercedes-Benz, especially the new EQS, which we love. Nick Salama is a wonderful person and very responsive and attentive. I was hungry and ordered DoorDash and he allowed ne to eat in his office.

I recently purchased a car from House of Imports. The vehicle started having loud thumbing noises and red error messages showing up. Additionally the vehicle had a cracked windshield, worn out tires, brakes, and rusted rotors. I was OK with these conditions because it is an old car. After much trouble, I was finally able to get the car to service. I showed them an audio recording of the noise and images of the red error lights. Few hours later they called and told me nothing was wrong with the car and told me to take the car back. I asked them to take the car to Tesla and they said no. After 2 more weeks of driving, the vehicle completely shutdown and did not start. I had to get car towed over to Tesla for service. I emailed the managers and the general manager (David Kim) about the trouble but nobody responded. I would personally advise people to stay away from this dealership. I regret that I purchased a vehicle from them. I will proceed with filing complaints with AutoNation. I doubt they will do anything but it is important that the public knows about the scam.

This was definitely not the experience I was expecting at a Mercedes dealership. First of all i told them I really need my car, I have been taking Ubers to work everyday costing $90 a day. Not only did they throw me on the back burner they didn't even start on my car for 4 weeks!! My car was in there over a month for a simple EIS replacement. When I go to pay they gave me a price of $1000 more than what we agreed on. So I go to pick up my car and it's FILTHY!!! They didn't even wash it. I couldn't believe they let a car they fixed go off the lot looking like that, unacceptable! Their excuse was because they didn't want to move it because the battery was low. HELLO! Why wouldn't they change it?! So I drive the car off the lot and pop into the store, I go to turn my car on and it's DEAD!! I'm so bummed and shocked, I'm at a loss for words.... UPDATE: PLEASE READ!!!!! As you can see the owner reached out to me so I gave them a call. Long story short Jeff told me he would get back to me the following day after he talked to his boss and its been a week and a half!!!! Every time I call I have to leave a message and he never returns my calls. I spoke to Jake and he said he was going to talk to him and then call me back.... STILL NOTHING!! This is so unacceptable I am so upset and im going to do the most now.

There was an airbag recall on my 2011 C-300. I had received, at least three notifications, but was too busy to get in there. Finally, I made the appointment, but once I arrived, I was told my car would not be to my avail for about five (5) hours, which did not sit well with me; I had an appointment in L.A. County, within the next two hours. I was immediately put at ease, in being told that House of Imports would provide me with a rental car. It really made my day, and I didn't have to concern myself with having to hurry back to Orange County, once I entered all that late, afternoon traffic, coming from L.A. I was also able to get a quote on a few cosmetic items, and I left with a laundry list of things that my local mechanic can handle. They buying experience at House of Imports was great. I called up the agent, made an appointment to see the car I which I was interested, and the car was ready for me when I arrived. Usually agents will allow you to test drive the car around the block. At House of Imports, my agent Robert allowed me to get on and off the highway 4 times, a total of about 6 miles. It allowed me a better feel for how the car drives. The rest of the buying experience was pretty great as well. I brought my own car loan, but the finance manager was able to get me a better rate from a local credit union. Overall, I’d highly recommend shopping for a car from this dealership.

I reached out to House of Imports to have a broken window replace, a glove compartment latch and center console latch replace after someone broke into my vehicle. I had my claim # at hand when I called and spoke to a Service representative. They advise me to bring it in, based on my insurance, they typically have no issues. I took my car in Thursday , received a call 4 days later to tell me to pick up my car " they weren't going to be able to service it" its what that 30 sec phone call was about. Lucky, my insurance had informed me of the $200 or so difference in the labor rate the dealer was seeking as they were charging mechanic's labor rate bc they do not have a Collison center, so I understood why I had to pick up my car, not bc their representative explained anything to me. It would have been nice to been informed they do no have a Collison center from the beginning and I wouldn't have wasted 4 days, given I had also called him and left a voicemail, no call was ever returned. I got a ride to the dealer right after work, just to arrive and find out their service dept. closes at 7pm. I arrived at 6:55pm and was unable to retrieve my car. their website shows dealer closes at 9pm. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and complete waste of my time.

The work and the service were both outstanding. My consultant who took my car and brought it back was also outstanding. The only reasons I did not give this review five stars is because 1) the greeter at the outside post (the man standing behind a counter on the right as you drive your vehicle in) was rude and dismissive and 2)they don't have their car wash working. It's expensive here so I think everything should be perfect to get 5 stars.

Came in to purchase a used GLC 43. Met my S.A. Justin Nguyen and just wanted to give him a huge shout out for a great experience. This review is base on my recent service experience at House of Imports on 02/28/22 with Vincente Rodriguez. My car is due for B2 service and also tire change. After I told him the services my car needs, he was upfront and transparent with the cost and itemization. He even got me the last loaner of the day. I dropped the car off on Monday before 10am and the car was ready by 9am on Tuesday. The process was smooth.

I had to find out every single detail about this purchase all by myself, by calling around. I visited House of Imports to have a repair done on a vehicle I purchased there several years ago. I received quotes from House of Imports Fletcher Jones as well, which was $15 higher. I got an email coupon for 25% off services that was honored. When I arrived, the quote was much higher than what I was given during a phone call earlier in the day. Melissa graciously handled my issue and offered to ask her manager. The lower price quote was honored without hassle. Melissa was helpful and friendly during the entire visit. The waiting area felt COVID safe, as it was not crowded and there was an area to sit by myself.

I just realized that my wife's sunglasses was stolen inside the sunglasses compartment. We never removed it there. It's a white Chanel camillia sunglasses. We had a 9:00am appointment for a curiosity inspection and a gentleman named Jag was our service representative. This was the very first time we have taken our vehicle in for anything and I guess I expected more but was disappointed. Jag said we weren't even required to have our vehicle inspected for 136 days. He made me feel awful for wasting his time. Long story short... we enjoyed a complimentary hot chocolate while waiting in the lounge. Jag told us it would be about an hour, so after the hour I went to Jags office where he was speaking with someone and he looked in my direction and yelled not yet, I'll come get you when it's done. I looked at all the vehicles that were lined up so I just took it as they were super busy. After another 40 minutes I went back over to Jags office where he stayed he was just waiting for them to bring it up. I went and got my husband from the lounge and finally after another 10 minutes Jag came out with paperwork for me to show what was completed and walked us over to a bunch of cars that were parked off to the side with about 10 other cars just sitting there. I knew the car has been completed earlier because the first time I went to his office I noticed my car parked right where it was when he took it is to it. Jag had just took care of other things ignoring that we were patiently waiting. Our car didn't enemies look like anything was done to it. No seat pushed back, no security paper on floor, nothing but the mileage checked which he did as soon as I have him my key.

Each time I've had the same Service Tech to write me up. His name is Allan Halina. All three times that I have been there He has been very Professional in how He acts. Horrible way of doing business. I was in contact with Ed Nader, one of the sales reps. for a Mercedes CLA 35 2020. I was ready to make a purchase but Ed went dead silent on me. I e-mailed him again about the car and his manager Jane Choi responded if she can help. She did not introduce herself as Ed's manager so I just thought it was another sales rep. trying to chime in. I said I wanted to wait for Ed. He never contacted me again and when I finally called and spoke with Jane today, I found out the car was sold the day Ed went silent and stopped responding to my e-mails. It seems like from sales reps. to their managers, this place has no business ethics and does not care about their customers. They just want the sale!

I recently purchased brand new amg gtc, only a few available in the US. Negotiation was not that difficult in this chaotic market. Jason and Tom helped me to get through overall process, and most importantly, there was not hassle. I went there twice one for test drive and second for signing all the docs. My vehicle needed service at the House of Imports, Buena Park. I left my vehicle clean (exterior washed/waxed) with the understanding that it will be returned to me in the like manner to the care of Ms. Allison Enciso (service advisor) and her technicians. Ms. Enciso was amiable and clear on the first encounter at the dealership when I had to drop off my vehicle. She provided an accurate estimate. Ms. Enciso provided good initial follow up. Total of 3 stars. However, upon receiving my vehicle, the exterior was caked with dust and dirt- not how I left it to their care. 1 star deducted for dirty return of my vehicle. 1 star deducted for no follow ups in a span of 5 days (via email and/or text). Overall rating of 3 stars. Heavy emphasis on the service advisor and possibly her technicians or allied personnel. Their performance may not necessarily reflect the company as a whole, but may need further reinforcement of customer service mission at their department. Given, I would still recommend House of Imports. I recommend that House of Imports provide their employees training, or at least annual reinforcement, imparting a sense of value to ALL Mercedes-Benz customers (new and old). I am an old Mercedes-Benz owner, but the service experience should be equal to that of someone who had recently purchased their vehicle and was coming in for their first service. Customer retention and repeat customer is achieved through excellent service experience Mercedes-Benz is known for. This was my experience prior to this latest experience, so I was disappointed of this latest event.

I am not the type to write a negative review without first giving a business the chance to make things right. I purchased a used VW Tiguan from The House of Imports on 1/24/22. I had financing through my credit union with a pre-approval letter. It was a quick signing of the contract and I was to return with a check from my bank by 2/1/22. I received a phone call from the Finance Manager on 1/31/22 informing me that if I did not bring a check to him by 2/1/22 before noon, financing would go through their bank at 14%. Yeah right! I let Mr. Finance know I would have payment to him as promised. As soon as the call ended, he ran my credit carelessly and without my permission 4 times, before the day it was due. I was notified immediately by Experian. I have been working really hard trying to re-build my credit standing after loosing everything. Not only did this lower my credit score 20+ points, now I cannot co-sign for my son who is in need of a car now. I immediately emailed to have something in writing. His response was, "yes, that was us, I ran it because I thought your funding wouldn't go through." He did not even give me the following day to come through. As promised, my husband delivered a cashiers check from my bank before noon. My emails asking for removal of the inquiries were ignored completely, that is until the eighth day. One day past me being able to return my car with no questions asked. Not only has Mr. Finance chosen to ignore me since his "oops, my bad" email, my sales man ignored my emails and even the GM has not called me or responded to my emails. Instead, I was pawned off to an admin assistant who apologized for the GM being too busy to get back to me. This is not some excuse for me to try and come up. I thought by going to a dealership it awards you a headache free experience, some basic professional courtesies. I was so wrong! I paid more, completely got my credit jacked (pretty sure some laws were broken) and as for my car. This is a fact! The 150 point inspection promised, never took place. you would think I had bought a diesel. The car made noise like a diesel and my husband after a few days decided to check a few items. The dip stick barely registered oil and the little that did register was black as tar. My transmission is slipping and my a/c spits cool air and then stops cooling after 10 minutes. I have given the dealership more than enough time to make the situation right. All I have is a poorly written letter by an admin, apparently sent to the credit bureaus. Don't buy a car from this very unprofessional establishment that doesn't deserve to carry the name Mercedes Benz.

Recently I purchased an SUV, and purchased the maintenance package, which was around $4,000. 00. The service agent (Kris Sharma), recommended a weel alignment, which I though was not necessary, but he persuaded me to get it. Since I paid for the service package, I thought it would be covered, but apparently it it wasn’t and I paid like $200 for it. So the 4K appear to only cover oil changes, wiper blades, inspection of fluids, and reset of service lights. I would not recommend anyone purchasing this type of service packages, unfortunately at signing the contract, the sales person in so persuasive that it is almost impossible to say No. it would be nice if they give you a breakdown of what is covered and what is not.based on the misinformation, I will not consider purchasing Mercedes again, specially not from House of imports. I will consider BMW, Audi, or another vehicle in thi range

I took my vehicle for service, normally if I have a check engine they would charge me $219 just to check my car right. This time around I knew what was wrong with my vehicle and I pointed out two different things that I knew needed to happen. The representative wanted to charge me $219 separate for each thing I pointed out. He said because they need to install a computer and check all of them individually. Bought a certified 2019 E300. The sales rep Stan did a great job helping me find the car the talked to me and said this is the car to buy. It has all the features that are important to me. Boomer is finance did a great job explaining my options and I financed with Mercedes Financial services. Also bought an extra 2 year warranty. Only issue was they delivered the car with some small amounts of trash in the car I guess someone used the car while they were waiting to sell it and the detail team missed it. Problem solved Stan said bring it back in and they treated me to a detail. I was getting a email from my car about the starter battery. Worked with Allison and they were able to get my car ready, it was overheating and had an issue with the Thermostat, only having 27k miles was surprised, but they took care of it. The part was not in stock so they had to order it and having dropped it on a Thursday, this was not going to be ready until late Monday afternoon. That is the only reason this is not 5 stars as it was inconvenient to rent a car when my lease is under warranty and in the shop for 4 days. The service was good and they did communicate when it would be ready.

At first, I thought I was going to end up being upset. They were behind scheylike 30 minutes. However, Bryan ended up helping me. Quick and straight to the point. Kinda felt rushed. But, he helped with all of my requests. He told me the price was 229. I told him that I’d been quoted iver the phone 200 flat. He was quick to honor that. Thanks bro. I then asked for a last minute loaner vehicle because he estimated the job to take 2-4 hours. I was accommodated that as well. The job ended up taking 2 hours. And I am very content.

We have purchased 5 vehicles from this location and continue to get our cars serviced here. The customer service at the dealership service center is the best I have ever experienced and I have been to other ones. We live 35 miles away and still drive here just because we are always treated here well. I highly recommend this dealership and Mercedes ownership. Our car had issues, we used Roadside Assistance for tow free of charge and they called an Uber to take us to the dealership. Ask for Ryan A. or Andrew T. at the Service Center and they will take care of you!

If your value from a car dealership is zero customer service or relations, I would highly recommend this place. Even while you’re stressed out about their cars and their handling, you can rest assured they are doing their best not doing anything to resolve your problems. We have gotten no real response even when they failed to send you the title of the car by the time your temporary license expires. We were overcharged for licensing fees and taxes and had to pay them again a second time. We tried to be understanding, as sometimes mistakes do happen. However, they have made no effort to reimburse us for the extra charges or even be communicative about it; our money had simply vanished. Not only that, they were very obscure about when your car would be delivered and if there had been changes or delays. We had to wait and wait until we had to find out what was going on ourselves. It seems that some of the dealers there don’t care about the customer at all after the sale, and were quite busy with golf while we were inundated with the mess he had created. I bought a lot of cars before in my life and had my fair share of problems, but never this badly. There were problems on their side that were never told to us, and we had to seek out solutions in their place. Honestly, this was more trouble than the car was worth.

I drove away without getting an oil change. Kris H. used every scare tactic in the book to try to make me think my car was going to break down if I didn’t buy an extended warranty. He told me that the package I purchased for services might not be covered even though I was specifically referred there from my dealership and that they wouldn’t know if it was covered until they looked at my car. He then proceeded to tell me that even though I’ve only driven a few thousand miles, my car was due for the 40 thousand service and it would cost hundreds of dollars. Fortunately I walked back into his office to ask why we were doing the 40 thousand service when the car had just received the 30 thousand service and another customer in his office followed me out to let me know he was trying to swindle me. I got in my car and left. He absolutely tried to take advantage of me. I will never be going back there again.

After checking the sale on the website, I visited the store in person. I knew that seven GLE COUPE units were coming in, but a seller (I won't mention his name) ignored me and showed only other sales to encourage me to buy another car. When I said I only wanted Gle Coupe again, he came back to the office and pretended to search for sales and watched football games on TV in the waiting room beyond his seat. I was angry at his rude attitude and annoyed at meeting the worst dealer, so I just came out. I don't want to meet such a rude dealer again. Why doesn't such a great seller watch football at home? Why would he go to work and ruin the customers' mood? He is the BEST DEALER in the world :)

I live in TX and bought a GLC 43 2021 in May, when delivered it had a dent on one of the doors, I did not have a sales person, only somebody who answer the phone when I called asking for the truck, I spoke with Capone, which he has nice up until the point that I signed the documents, then he was not available anymore, Paul is the guy who was in charge of the arrangements of the deliver, and the day after the deliver I told him about the dent and said he was going to talk to the manager, I called about 20 times at this point to the dealership and ask for the manager and He or She is never there, Paul do not answer or text back anymore and Capone not only doesn't answer anymore but he did not send the title so I can register the truck in TX, my bank had to get involve and then some ladies named Rhonda, Susan and Janeth got involved in a chain of emails about the title, well, apparently Capone or whomever was in charge did not send the documents to HCTX until August 16, and I bought the truck in MAY !!!!!!! It's been 4 month and I can finally drive the truck without been scared of getting a ticket because of the plates but the dent still there. It is unbelievable the lack of customer service, not only I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, I'm disappointed that Mercedes-Benz allows this type of service.

I purchased a used 2018 Range Rover Velar from this company for $67,000 out of state (Texas). The pictures looked perfect online, but when I received the vehicle it had over $7,000 worth of scratches inside. They never posted the interior damage online. It literally looks like the previous owner was a cat!!! I asked them to replace the damaged interior parts and they refused. This company really gives the Mercedes and Land Rover brands a terrible name and disservice. The salesman simply said, well it wasn't my vehicle, so I never inspected it. This means, he and the company didn't give a xxxx and don't give a xxxx about their service or products they sale to you. It also took them 2 months to send me ownership documents. I purchased the vehicle in July and it's September 26, 2021 and I still haven't received my tags. The vehicle literally just sits in the garage. I'm a military veteran and I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this company everrrrrrr!!!!

Had appointment at 11am. Made to wait just shy of 6 hours for oil change and to check tire air pressure. No vending machine, no place to charge my phone. Very frustrating. Very last person there. Finally got my car and drove away and car warning lights were on. Had to take the next day to another place to get warning lights reset and proper air pressure in tires. I will never come back here again.

Overall it was a breeze interacting with House.of Imports initially through the internet and then through email. One issue still pending is getting my Owner's Manual. It was missing and I was told that it would be ordered right away and delivered to me via FedEx. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received my Owner's Manual due to having to order it from Germany and it takes longer???..I am not happy about that.

Found the exact car I wanted through MBUSA.com. It was at House if Imports. I began communicating with Kevan, set up appointment to see the car and already got an offer on my trade. Unfortunately Kevan had another customer. So Ashley stepped in to facilitate the transaction. We took a drive and I was immediately in love with the car. Few bits of paperwork then the wait started! Only criticism I have is the amount of waiting. Otherwise the whole experience was very easy! Definitely recommend going to them.

From start to finish this dealership made my purchase so smooth and simple. I purchased this car without seeing it and the salesmen, Robert, was great with sending me more photos and a visual inspection that was very accurate. The car was a 2017 but was in perfect condition as stated. The manager, Lebanon, was extremely responsive and accommodating. My purchase was not a big ticket item but they treated me and the transaction like it was.

I usually don’t write reviews unless the service is either beyond excellent or utterly poor. I purchased a vehicle from house of imports Mercedes benz and all I can say is how poor the service is. At first, they were friendly and very responsive so I made a deal with them on a Alfa Romeo they had. I purchase a lot of cars and I’ve never had to deal with such unprofessionals. First, the finance lady ran my credit 50 times even when I told them I’m going to use my own bank. Second, they’ll try to sell a bunch of garbage during the finance process which I had to decline on more than one occasion. When I state I am not interested, it means I am not interested in whatever you’re trying to sell. Just FYI, the extended warranty they were trying to sell was more expensive than the factory warranty that you can get through Mopar. As soon as the papers were signed, I went to pickup the vehicle and my sales person (Louay Awad) hands me a single key. I asked him where the second key was and he stated the car only comes with one. This information would be great for your customers to know before hand and not try to rip them off. Louay stated that used vehicles do not need to come with both keys unless they are a benz. I somewhat agree with him; however, if it was never discussed, the dealership should make it right and pay for the replacement. He stated that he was going to get in touch with the previous owner and see if he can get the key back. This made no sense because the car was bought at auction so there’s no way to track down the previous owner hence another lie. Once I told him that, he said he will go and do his research. A few days later I spoke with the sales manager and he stated the same bs but also stated that the cars were priced to account for these issues. He was said he would get back to me about 2 weeks ago since he was going to do his research but I haven’t heard back yet. Having purchased more than 30 cars within the past few years including a few exotics, I can easily say this purchase was the worst hands down. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere and don’t let the somewhat high class act fool you. Just browsing through their inventory, all of their Mercedes Benz were marked up. Some as much as $75k which no one with half a brain should ever buy. They have great reviews on facebook and google but their yelp has the true reviews. They have two separate yelp pages which I’m assuming is because they have a lower rating on one of them. Do your research and you’ll thank me later

Two items needed repair when we first purchased our GLA 250 in June 2020. Although almost a year has passed, MB in Buena Park accepted our repairs, ordered the parts and fixed everything, complimentary. Service Department: John Kim was very professional and attentive. Had a flat tire and John Kim was quick to get me in and out within an hour or so. The facilities were clean and the lead greeter was very attentive and friendly as well. Forgot his name but he’s been there for 20 plus years. I particularly liked the fact that they did a video recording of my vehicle prior to it going into service. And being that I’m very careful with my Mercedes, it gave me great comfort to know that they were willing to take responsibility, should a scratch or dent show up after the repair was completed. I want to thank Andrew, my service advisor, he was great. I appreciate how he was able to accommodate my work requests for my car. There are two things that I have noticed though that I have not experienced from other dealership?s service center. One, my car was returned to me without being car washed. Maybe they have problems with water supply? Two, my tire pressure monitor has alerted me that three of my tires has low air, maybe it has not been reset after they did wheel resurfacing on three of those four wheels. Maybe next time the technician will be more conscientious and I will get to have a complimentary car wash? Who knows?

Salesman was out for the weekend therefore I was appointed a new one which was respectable person but the paperwork, car, and numbers were way off from what I was promised change after change and I was annoyed because not once did I hear the manager say look we messed up here so here?s what we can offer to fix this. All he said was this is how we messed up and this is what you?re now going to pay or get not a single sorry from him. I left work early that day at 3pm, didn?t leave the dealership till 8:15pm spent more time waiting by their desks/lobby than signing paperwork only took 30-40 mins rest of the time I was waiting. Never even got the chance to test drive my car till after I purchased it, by the time I got out of finance it was dark and no one at the dealer even showed me how to negative anything inside the car!

I was up front and honest when I arrived about how much I was going to put down and brought my auto navigator offer from capital one. I was hopeful this car buying experience would be quick and easy and it was anything but that and was def not haggle free!! Not only was a lied to about time frame on when down payment was due I was pressured in to buying an extended warranty and they switched my lenders and had me sign paper work for a new lender on a holiday so I wasn’t able to call them myself and was told capitol decided not to finance me which was a down eight lie so I ended up signing for an 8 percent higher interest rate and my payments went from 436 a month to 615 some how now it’s a nightmare trying to get them to resign my financing with capitol one with out the extended warranty. As they are saying it’s final!

Prior to selling a vehicle on May 17, 2021 that I Initially purchased from House of Imports December 19, 2018, November 23, 2020 I had previously requested cancellation of extended warranty by contacting Omar Qudah, Finance Manager directly. He sent me the form to sign and I returned it to him signed right away. He never responded to my inquiry for follow up and the cancellation still has not been processed 6 months later. I contacted Customer Service through their website’s online chat to file a complaint about this problem and also again through a different channel request cancellation of the warranty. Now I still need the extended warranty cancelled - I sold the vehicle to another dealer as a part of a trade-in on May 17, 2021. 2+ years ago I also had a similar problem with Lebanon Alamadinne, Finance Manager with the same subject - my request to cancel a warranty on the same vehicle. It took me a series of phone calls and emails and more phone calls over a period of over 6+ months for him to ever respond to my inquiry and return communication. I have spoken to over three dealerships to get their advice in what to do. They all have said my request is such a simple one that only takes 10 minutes to process so they like me are perplexed as to why House of Imports would make this so difficult for their customers.

Took 3 hours for an oil change even when I booked early 7am appointment to avoid the crowd, even worst they forgot to put an air intake manifold back inside the engine bay, car wasn’t wash like they normally do probably because of the construction but still not an acceptable excuse they could have hire a van to wash the car for you.

My car got the damage from the rates invasion. I am very pleased to see my car not only back to original but looks like a new car. I know it took more than a month to complete the repair. A week in advance, Made an appointment to have my R350 serviced at 1pm and when We arrived to the dealership, We were treated as if we were a walk in for service. We waited about 30 minutes before a service person approached us about our service and when we advised service person of the issues, he came off as if the dealership couldn’t address our concerns that day because they were short staffed. What was the point of making the appointment in advance if you’re not staffed to address the issue noted in the online appointment tool? After the intake, we waited about an hour to be told the repair people were on a lunch and we’d have to wait for their return to have them test drive the car for the noise we said was a problem. Did he not know that in advance? It was confirmed a problem existed, we were told what was suspected. When we asked about a rental, the service rep said there were none and he’d put his name on a list. Rentals were due to start returning at 4pm. We returned at 4pm to end up waiting another hour for a car to be provided. Prior to obtaining the rental, a mixed race (Caucasian and Asian) family showed up with a flat tire. This was several hours after we had been waiting for a rental. We were told by our service rep that we would receive the next rental that showed up, it was a small white G class suv. We saw the car and was told they were waiting for the car to be cleaned. We thought we were on our way. We signed our papers and waited outside. As we got closer to 5pm, the service rep then said the prior driver of the G took the keys with them and they were on their way back now. We said ok. Several minutes later, the service rep said he’d put us in a C class sedan so we wouldn’t have to wait. We arrived in a 6 person crossover suv and were being offered a small sedan. This was our first time at house of imports so thought we would be provided a comparable rental to meet our needs based on the size of our current vehicle like was done with other mercedes dealerships. We finally said fine because we just spent 4 hours sitting around. As we were pulling away from the dealership, we saw that the service rep gave the G class suv to the Caucasian/Asian family that arrived several hours after us instead. As African Americans and our service rep being Asian, this did not sit well with us. For several days after car being dropped for service, we awaited a call about the service on our car and did not receive a call. We had to intimate the call at least 3 times in the 6 days the car was with house of imports, just to get the update status on the repairs. In addition, they fixed the fog lights but cracked my bumper underneath the fog lights. I am disappointed because I expected better.

I purchased my vehicle over 5 years ago, I "baby" my vehicle and drive it to work and back only; using other vehicles on the weekends. So my 2015 GLA has less than 38,000 miles. When the service person Allan came out to get the mileage off my car, he opened the sunroof. I thought that was rather odd since I never said there was anything wrong with my car. Then he asked me how often do I use the sunroof. Well, I don't, so it has been opened maybe 5-6 times in the whole 5 1/2 years. Allan said he heard some "noise" and was going to have it checked. I was told that I had to have the "5 year / 50,000 mile service package done." (Over $900) When I called in to schedule the service, I was quoted $299 by whoever was on the phone. Then when I didn't hear anything towards the end of the day, I called Allan. I was told that something needed to be replaced on the sunroof panel (I'm slightly confused as I never use the sunroof, yet something needed to be replaced; covered under warranty.) My car was not ready that Wednesday. Not ready Thursday. Finally ready on Friday (good thing I have other vehicles at home to use). Allan had gone home by time I was able to get off work to get there. I was finally assisted after asking for someone to help me. Then at work the next day I was looking over the service order and saw that it said something about client stating they heard a noise when the front wheel was turned. Ok, THAT never happened. My car was NOT making any noises when I brought it in. Why was THAT on the service order? So I called the service department, and late Tuesday I had a voice message from Allan saying when he drove my car around the lot that he heard a "ticking" noise. Ok... but the service order states that the "client" heard a noise. Just a lot of things that make me feel a little uncomfortable about this whole service experience. My car is under warranty until Oct 2022... but after that... not so sure I will feel comfortable in bringing my vehicle for any service to House of Imports. Just saying.

Went in to buy their advertised Fisker Karma. Called the salesperson a few days after visiting the dealership to check on the progress of the deal. Apparently they couldn't get the car to start. "It's currently a lemon from what I've learned today" was the exact quote from the salesperson, who also continued by saying "we are not trying to sell you a lemon. Hence the notification that we are fixing the karma if you really want it." That's sums up my experience in a nutshell. 👎🏾

They didn’t wash the car they didn’t provide a manual for the car they didn’t provide a second key for the car they gave me a vehicle a that had worn out valves in the tires so when I woke up the following morning two of my tires were on flat and I was driving back to Oakland I drove 600 miles after having a hip replacement surgery and I barely got a bottle of water the sales person was horrible the finance person was a thief and a trickster. I felt like i gad been accosted and that they were trying to financially rape me. they lied to me about the rate they lied and tried to trick me about everything however my bank had sent me everything they they pulled two credit reports while I was sitting there after my deal had already been finalized by my bank I would never ever ever ever purchase a car at Buena Park Mercedes benz House of imports!!!!!!

The service department is a JV operation compared to fletcher jones and Penske etc. The service advisors are terrible with communication. They made it impossible to get a loaner I was out of a car for three days. I like the Benz but I’m not getting it serviced at house of imports .

Apparently when you pull into the service department they only approach and provide service to certain people. Watches them assist everyone else but me and after waiting 10 minute I approached someone who only showed me where all the service providers sit & I had to locate on my own the person I had an appointment with. Meanwhile they continued providing personalized service to certain people. Sit outside not in the lounge there are maskless people coughing and seemingly no big deal.

Great service from the sales team and the finance team helping me for the financing process of my purchase, specially from Erwin Artacho and Kevin Sanchez. Unfortunately due to COVID I needed to buy my car completely online without the opportunity to see my SUV in person, as this car was only available in California and Im based in Miami. The process was smooth and always in open communication with my sales representative. The overall financing process was smooth and professional as well. However, since the SUV I bought has a wrap and unfortunately it had a minor damage, it was a lengthy time to get it fixed and then a lengthy time to finally get the car transported from California to Florida. When my SUV finally arrived in Miami I realized that it had a dent on the back of my SUV's roof, so I now need to deal with the fixing of this damage at the MB dealer in Miami that is part of the AutoNation family. Also, when my SUV arrived Miami my Florida registration and license plates were not ready or completed by the third party company the dealer used, so this process took me almost a week and half after I finally received the car. Again, the overall communication and service was great, but the overall time for completion of the purchase process (it took me almost 4 weeks to get my car after the date I made the down payment) was not what I expected, specially when you are buying an almost $150k SUV. Anyway, I'm happy with my SUV and I hope the roof damage is an easy fix, which fortunately was promised to be paid by the dealer.

Had a terrible experience bringing my car in for a manufacture defect, I had informed the service advisor about the problem during a complementary car wash, and he asked me to come in on another day, when I arrived the next day he sent me home saying the part needs to be ordered (waste of time). 3 weeks later brought the car in, I get a call that the car was damaged during the process. (My AMG is only 3 months old, and already have to go to a body shop) when the service advisor was confronted he is very rude to me and my wife and keeps saying ?everyone there are professional and knows what they are doing...? um ok sure... The only good experience I had was talking to the service manager Mr Craig , who listened took our complaints to heart. For a rental, i was given a malibu..., I mean I brought in an GLc 63 amg, only after talking to the service manager was I upgraded to an E class. But to date it was my worst experience in a mercedes benz dealership.

The rep told they close at 5 and last pick up is at 4:30 I start calling at 4 pm left numerous message the rep never called back until the last minute 4/47 pm so I have rush to the shop. This is second time they damaged my car when i brought my car in for service, crashed on the rear near bumper. The service manager name Craig Tom was very rude, he did not want to fix my car because the argument! This is very bad manner for service manager. I had evident that showed my car was damaged by the service, also the financial manager was there and he saw the damage. It seems like people at House of Import does not care about the customer and does not want to take the responsibility. The bottom line the service manager Craig Tom was rude, he is not deserve to be a manager, he does not care customer concerns. I would not come to this dealer again, and i would not recommend anyone to come to this dealer to buy car or service.

This is my second time the service department at House of Import damage my car when I bought it in for service. The first time they made some scratch on the drive door and they fixed the damage. The second time I bought it in for the service on 9/29/2020 they scratch my car again on the right rear side bumper. I specifically told the service rep named Allan that please do not damage my car again, and he said will make sure to take car of my car. but it turn out they did it again. I talked to service manager named Craig Tom and he was very rude, after some arguments and he refused to fix my car because of my argument with poor service, event the financial manager Sllamniku was there witness the damage and he did not want to get involved. I think this service manager does not want to take responsibility and does not know how to service the customers. Please be aware of buying car and do service at House of Import, I would not recommend anyone to buy the car or service at this dealer! Be aware of extended guarantee purchase, they will try to lure you into buying the guarantee. It's a trap, don't waste your money

First of all, we have collision sensors replaced due to minor front bump but unfortunately the dent or bumper was exactly where the collision sensor is. We brought our car at House of import and it was fixed. After, we had fixed the collision came on again. To make the story short, we made an appointment yesterday. We Arrived @9am and we were told by our advisor that he let us know. We told him, we will be waiting at their lounge. Of course as a customer, we expect for our advisor to update us what's the diagnosis within at least 1-2 hrs. However, after several hours and patiently waiting, No update after 4 hours, not until my husband followed up. Jag Rejatt, the advisor knows we are waiting. Jag said, he was waiting an update from the technician but he was out to lunch! I said to my husband, it was 4 hours no diagnosis yet! What’s going on! I approached the customer care outside, he went in and approached the advisor including the manager. The customer care person told us to wait and he will come to us! The customer care did a wonderful job because he followed Up Jag 3 times. We were waiting, and jag never came out to talk to us not until my husband went in to his office! This is after another 1hr waiting! This is most lousiest customer service of an advisor we ever had! The worse part, he has an attitude! Never, in a place like this we allegedly been accused of something that he doesn't have any proof! He needs training badly! The manager, Craig was wonderful enough, he took care the situation. He gave us loaner car because our car will not be fix due to time constraints. Our wasted time in morning was fruitless due to one person inefficiency. This is our last time we bring our car to this dealership! My husband brought his car to this place bec it's closer to his work. Craig is great but the service overall is incomparable at Arcadia Mercedes.

Bill Chow is probably the rudest, most pompous, dishonest, unscrupulous, and snide service advisor I’ve ever met! He made a misrepresentation about the type of service I was getting for my car and falsely claimed that service B “did NOT include brake fluid replacement.” I ended up talking with one of the managers who confirmed that I was entitled to getting the FULL B service including the brake fluid replacement. Bill Chow had an absolutely terrible, condescending attitude. The guy obviously despises his job! He went to great lengths to intentionally falsify my email to prevent me from giving him a bad survey rating that he MOST definitely deserved! Without question, he should be FIRED immediately! The fact that he still has his job says a lot about House of Imports! Whether it’s for service or sales, my advice is to RUN AWAY from this dealer!

This was the worst buying experience of my life. I purchased a vehicle in January and was sent home without any official license plates, assured they would arrive once the paperwork was settled. It is currently July 20, 2020 and I purchased the vehicle in the beginning of January. I STILL DO NOT HAVE PLATES FROM THIS DEALER. Once the sale was completed, they offered the bare minimum amount of support and refused to return or answer my calls. I received several tickets from police officers due to not having the correct license plate displayed, even though the agents at this dealership assured me multiple times that everything was street legal. It was not my responsibility as a first time car buyer to have all of my paperwork in 100% ready-to-go condition. It is, however, the responsibility of the dealer to make sure the paperwork is 100% before they swipe your credit card to complete the purchase. This dealership completed the purchase knowing that my paperwork was not correct, and then held me hostage for the next 6 months as I could not even use the vehicle I just purchased. Truly awful, I don't know who manages this place but they should honestly be ashamed.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. Took my vehicle to them over a year ago for a mechanical issue I was having that was covered under my warranty. The service technicians blew up my engine. They were supposed to fix it and I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle ever since to make a very long story short and here I am again with a catastrophic engine failure and supposedly they're redoing the job they did a year ago. Now they won't even answer any of my emails about my car. I do not trust the car and as a mother of two young children this is unacceptable!! The GM won't answer my emails nor will service! The service advisor, Kris , correctly diagnosed the "Clock going backwards then resetting itself to the correct time" problem.It was a instrument battery issue which was promptly remedied under the Warranty. All service personnel were prompt, factual, and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great service. I have two complaints which appear to be design issues: 1. Squeaky brakes when backing up ever since I bought the car. 2.Driver side lower plastic seat cover keeps popping out. A luxury car shouldn't have this problem.

Jag is my customer service rep. He is always very profession, and listens to the concerns I have with my vehicle. The repairs however, are not up to the standards that AutoNation advertise in their mission statement from the CEO that brought HomeDepot beyond industry standards!! My radiator was replaced 2 1/2 months ago, and here it is March 17, 2020 my radiator cap had to be replaced!!?? They've got to get better with repairs...I've had to comeback too often!!!

When i was contacted about a needed service visit, I explained i had a meeting later in the day and was told i would be done in plenty of time. When i arrived, i again explained that i had a meeting and needed to ensure the service was completed on time. I was told it would not be a problem. Almost 2 hrs past my promised time, I still didn't have my car. I finally had to go to the service department and ask someone where it was and when it would be completed. The person I spoke to said he didn't know where my service rep was, but would would personally check and came back in just a few minutes with the car, Which I thanked him for, but I also wondered how much longer i would have waited if i didn't go ask myself. Needless to say I missed my meeting. I don't mind my car being serviced for a few hours as long as i know that's going to be the case and given I had asked multiple times if it would be ready and was told "no problem" multiple times is what bothers me. Very unhappy with the service I received here, but do appreciate the person who went out of his way to help me.

Worst customer service ever. We bought a used car back in September. We paid cash and have yet to receive the title. We spoke to the sales person who helped several times but nothing was being done. They gave us several excuses from blame in’s it on the DMV to the Credit Union that was holding the title. After getting tired of the BS I spoke with sakes manager Jake which was absolutely a waist of time. I was then given to Lebanon who I believe is the finance manager. He admitted that their accounting department screwed up and haven’t fully paid for the vehicle. Unfortunately he has quit returning my calls so we are still in limbo. Last week was the first time I took my car to House of Imports for a maintenance service because I just moved into the area. Easy appointment process. My wife and two kids went in on Sunday October 6th to see the new 202 GLS 450. We had already visited two other MB dealers and did not feel the comfort we did when we med Mehrab. We had a great experience at House of Imports in Buena Park. Mehrab, our sales associate was super helpful and friendly and took the time to explain all the technology and gadgets on our new 202 GLS 450. They were extremely mindful that it was Sunday night and we had our kids with us. We had not planned on purchasing a car that evening, but their amazing staff made everything happen so fast we just could not walk away without making a deal. Anees was also super helpful and friendly. Everyone we encounter during the time we were there was nice and welcoming. We came back to the dealer this past Saturday Oct 12 to purchase all weather mats and once again everyone was extremely helpful. Karon greeted me that morning and was kind to help me take it out on a test drive. The service received was very good, the service person Adan was helpful when I dropped my car for service check and to get 4 new tires. When the car was ready, I went to pick up the car and the service person did not go with me to get my car. Hello there, My Mercedez-Benz G550 had an accident in July 2018, and I chose Autonation Collision Center in Buena Park to get my car fixed. It took them 7 months to get the car they claimed already done, the car was in 8/1/2018, and was out 2/28/2019 for the first time. After 2/28/2019, we went back for FOUR different times for many different issues that were not done correctly. 1. Wheel balance was not adjusted correctly caused the car shakes severely when it was over 60miles/hour, which made me feel extremely unsafe. This abnormal vibration was reduced after the balance adjustment, but it still keep happening. Autonation keeps claiming that this is how the car is, and NEVER get it fixed. I drove my car everyday before the accident, and I am 100% sure this abnormal vibration never occur before. It made me feel very unsafe to be on road. 2. One suspension component was installed upside done, which caused wrong suspension respond reaction. 3. One bolt snapped when the car was stop at the red light, which made a huge noise. 4. The paint at right arch rim fell off when I was washing the car. It is very unacceptable, and made me question their qualification to work on my car. 5. I checked the wheel alignment at Just Tire, and Just Tire measured wheel alignment, and report shows the wheel alignment is off, so we went back to Autonation requesting them to adjust the wheel alignment, and their Director Morris Lawrence declined our request. Mr. Morris Lawrence claims the wheel alignment is correct, and he accused Just Tire was not qualified to measure the wheel alignment. Autonation did not even bother to check up on the wheel alignment. During the conversation, Mr. Morris Lawrence had been very unprofessional, rude, and lack of the most basic respect. He claimed the wheel alignment could be questioned after driving 5 miles, which made me extremely concerned the quality of their repair. My car worths more than $120,000, and has less than 20000 miles. The service I received from Autonation Collision Center Buena Park made me questioned about their qualification, professionalism, and my own safety while driving this car. I had been trying my best to be patient and understanding for their work, but Mr. Morris Lawrence's attitude and behavior gave me a lot to concern. If they have confidence with their work, why is he not willing to get the wheel alignment checked? The accident already gave me a lot of stress, and I chose Autonation because I trusted them at the first place, but this experience only add more hard time on me. From the first day the car was sent to Autonation, it has been more than 10 months. If they put in any effort to consider for the customer, the situation would be way better right now. Horrible place, and one lie after another. I have so much to write. Having a sales associate (who was faking to be a manager) start to grab my arm to move me out of his way and him having to be stoped by another salesman, is just one part of my experience. This was in front of my husband, who told him that if he touched me he would knock him the @!&@ out. I will be writing a full review with all details and names. You might want to look for my review, before going there. I assure you, you don’t want to do business with this establishment. So many other great MB dealerships. This dealership is an embarrassment to MB.

I came in on 9/15 to purchase a car that I had preselected online. There really was not much to my deal considering I came in with my own financing and a credit score of 730+. I specifically requested that they ONLY run my credit with the financing that I had come in with and the sale rep Ronelle understood. Minutes later the finance manager comes up to me and explains that he ran my credit with MB and I was approved. Obviously I was not happy that my initial request was not accommodated but he explain my credit was so good that he could get me a 2.99 apr vs the offer I came in with... so I went with he flow and when it came time to sign the doc he then said he could only get me a 3.99. All was well when I left with my car... they explained that my trade in would be paid off within 10 business and I even purchase the extended warranty. I contacted the sale lady after 10 days of my loan for my trade status because it was still showing an outstanding balance and the sales lady was no help whatsoever (she received her commission out of me by this time). She brushed off my questions to only answer the questions she wanted to (not cool). It wasn't till I spoke with a manager that I got true answers to my questions and I felt like, okay hope is not lost for having a good experience. Well my check engine light came on 9/27. I called the warranty number I was provided with to find my information was nowhere in their system. I again had to reach out to a manager and he was able to assist me with options for servicing my check engine light which was resulted in receiving a loaner car and dropping the car off at the over night drop off. Well, I have not seen my car since that evening and its now 10/01. I'm not feeling this experience at all! I had to call 2 times just to get an update which wasn't an update because the person they assigned as my so called advisor has not advised me once. When I did speak with Daniel he lied and stated he would call me back Friday. Here it is Monday and no call to date. I called and Daniel and is on vacation. I then speak to another person they called his partner and he says the car is getting its second test that these things take time. So I asked how much time does it take to run a diagnostic that my car has been there since the previous Thursday. He then stated give him until after lunch and he will find out what the status is (are you serious). I have not been in my "new" car for 2 weeks before there is an issue and this is a certified car.. Not please at all. :/

Craig and Jeff provided probably the best customer service I have ever received. My friends and I woke up at 5 am to get to Disneyland right when it opened at 8. Due to an unfortunate series of events, we ended up having to call a tow truck out in Buena Park only 10 minutes from the the happiest place on earth. My friends and I were devastated. After waiting for an hour for a tow truck, we were told my car was safe to drive to the nearest Mercedes dealership, but still needed to be checked out. This is when Craig and Jeff stepped in and made our day 1000 times better. Craig had called me on my way to the dealership so that he was ready and as efficient as possible for when I arrived. Once we pulled into the service department, they quickly found the problem with the car. They ordered us an Uber so that we could get to Disneyland and then called me just a few hours later telling me that my car was ready to be picked up right after its free car wash. I returned to pick up my car and was in an out of there within 10 minutes. They could not have been nicer, sympathetic, efficient, or energized to help lift our spirits of what we thought was a spoiled day. I have told so many people about the amazing customer service I received! I would recommend seeing Craig or Jeff any day!

I bought a car long distance from House of Imports that I found on the www.mbusa.com website, and considering they are in California and I am in Iowa, the transaction went smoother than I thought it might. However my not being at the dealership in person changed the dynamics of the relationship: communication from the dealership wasn't as sharp as I would expect for a car of this caliber, and no one from the dealership spent any real amount of time familiarizing me with the car. The financial aspects of the purchase went smoothly. I would not recommend buying a car long distance to someone else, but if I were to do this again, I would manage the transaction a little differently.

When I started shopping 3 months prior to purchasing I made a visit to the famous Fletcher Jones and it was a disappointment. They are not straight up forward with you and once you visit they promise all and none is true, they were not even close to the House of Imports. With Mr. Ononui was straight to the point and the best price. I went to three dealers in southern California and no one was close.

Took my suv in for smart key work, the techs diagnosed a bad sensor. The service and specially my service writer Jag is fantastic. The only reason I buy a Mercedes is because of the service that comes along with it. Unfortunately my husband owns a national name service shop and was able to purchase and install the part for half the price. Since my car is out of warranty it was a significant savings.

I worked with several people at House of Imports to lease my GLA 250 4 Matic. They went out of their ways to make the transaction smooth and easy as possible. They processed everything via emails and phone calls, and even delivered the new car for me since I was too busy to go pickup the car. In addition, they contacted me to make sure that I know how to use my car. They setup everything for me so I would have a smooth transaction. I ended up going with House of Imports because of the sales team, personal service, and their sportier looking cars. They certainly found their niche by building their stock cars much sportier than other dealers. I couldn't find the color that I wanted any where else but here with Night Package/AMG package. And, Kevin Houston stood out even more with his efficiency and promptness. I liked the fact that they were not pushy either. Thank you.

This was my second vehicle purchase at HOI. I tried to buy from another dealer but after visiting Long Beach Mercedes and not finding exactly what i was looking for and dealing with a few overly aggressive sales associates over at Fletcher Jones I ended up at HOI again. I had read previous reviews about people complaining that CPO's were not properly vetted there so initially I shied away from this dealership. But, in the end Tim Tauber was patient and honest and they had the exact CPO I was looking for. I hired an independent mechanic to inspect the ML I was interested in. He told me about a few minor issues but said it was a solid car. I have been more than happy with my purchase. I feel that I paid a fair price for a great car.

Beware of this dealership, and especially Kevin Houston. Do not contact, due to very bad customer interaction, bait and switch tactics and no management assistance on your behalf when requested. The entire experience was terrible, from being passed along from sales person to sales person upon arrival, to being physically led around entire dealership looking for the car we had made appointment a week before to view, to being informed car was being purchased simultaneously as we were in negotiations, including having our trade-in being appraised. Final indignity occurred when Kevin informed us they had similar make, year and model in their Oxnard, CA dealership. Really?! We were supposed to believe not only did another buyer suddenly appear to purchase the very vehicle were attempting to purchase, but 'Not too worry folks, we have another car for you to consider'! We are going to use the Rule of 25, which indicates we all have at least 25 people in our individual circle of influence, to prohibit any of our 50 friends, family and business associates in contacting House of Imports, Buena Park, CA.

I recently bought a S-550 at House of Import. The staffs (sales and finance) there were too arrogant, that is, not too friendly to customers. The clock in the car was malfunction the first day and I need go back for repair. My daughter laughed at the "lemon" car which I bought (i hope it not).

Aleh was very helpful and showed us the cars we came in to look for. When it came down to talking numbers he was willing to negotiate and listened to what our budget was and really cooperated well with us.

After visiting 3 dealers I ended up feeling most comfortable with house Mercedes. They were very courteous at the front desk and anis my salesman really took good care of me. He is a great guy and will really help you with the price and car you are looking for. The general manager took the time to see the whole deal through and boomer in finance helped me out so much in the final stage. Thank you for making my 2016 s550 a reality.

I had the most enjoyable car buying experience ever at House of Imports. Negotiated the deal online. I flew in to LAX and Paul was nice enough to pick me up and bring me to the the dealership. The most refreshing part is that there were no add on fees or charges and no upselling. All I paid was the price of the car plus taxes and I was done. Would reccomend House of Imports to everyone and ask for Paul Alfano....he was awesome.

This has got to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever purchased a vehicle from. [non-permissible content removed]. They have a D- rating with BBB and now I know why. If I am correct it is California law to have a window sticker on the car at delivery. Not only was the window sticker not on the car they have refused to get me the original or order a new one. It has been almost 3 months now and I am not even sure if I got the right vehicle or paid the right price based on options on the vehicle. They have done nothing but lie every time I call or email. If they lie over something this little I wonder how many other lies did I not catch. Do yourself a favor avoid this dealership at all costs [non-permissible content removed] who give Mercedes Benz a bad rap!! I have reported this to DMV as well as written reviews on YELP, BBB and DealerRater and sent email to Mercedes Benz also.

The problem was... the passenger outside rear view mirror would not drop down to show curb and side of car when in reverse. The problem was diagnosed and solved on the first visit. I was provided a loan car and I was called often to keep me updated as to the status and an expected completion time. I really appreciated that.

First time customer for service due to unexpected broken part. When I bought my 2014 CLA250, I was "welcomed to the family" of House of Imports. They have sure delivered their promise with excellent service, great prices and quality of work. Even though I live a little far from my dealership, I will be taking my vehicle to "my family" for all my future maintenance needs.

I was in the market for a new car and spent about two months looking online trying to decide what I wanted. I also considered dealership reviews. House of Imports had fantastic customer feedback. I noticed online that they had a vehicle I was very interested in, so I sent an email inquiring about it. I got a quick response from Jim Ononui and I was able to reserve the vehicle online. I scheduled a time to come test drive it. I was greeted by Jim upon my arrival and promptly took the car out on the road. He answered all of my questions, big or small. He was so courteous and showed me tons of features. I never felt any pressure to buy. I did decide to buy the vehicle and throughout the process, I always felt at ease. Jim and the rest of the staff I encountered made me feel very comfortable and totally informed. Jim went the extra mile and drove me to the bank! I would recommend House of Imports and Jim Ononui to anyone in the market for a beautiful car and a stress free experience. Even after my purchase, he still is willing to answer any additional questions I can come up with. I will return for my next vehicle.

Coffee & muffins were great. I was able to do a little work while waiting. I was expecting them to be a little late but had to shut down my work early because the service was completed on time as promised. Ask for Adam Tashchyan at House of Imports. He is my service advisor for over 10 years.

As a first-time buyer, I had a general idea of what I was looking for. The great personnel of House of Imports helped me to spot my current college ride, 2011 Kia Forte SX hatchback, within a short amount of time. Add me to the list of "glad I found them" - I got my first MB at Fletcher Jones in Newport and was very happy with that experience, but my second time around wasn't starting off as well, so I reached out to the "House". Within minutes, I had a phone call and an invitation to come over, and they had a beautiful CLA waiting for me to check out. Cesar Gallegos handled everything for me - much to my surprise, we were able to work out an incredible deal on this lease and I was treated well by everyone despite being the last customer of the day. My only (very minor) points are that they have very limited parking for customers, and that the lounge waiting area for their service department is on the small size for a luxury dealer. That may keep me from getting my car serviced there - would like to see them cater a bit more to professionals who need to work like me. Would be great to see that expanded. But these are nit-picks, and I really would encourage anyone looking at a Benz to come over and take your business here. I'm glad I did!
