Terrible! Impossible to get in touch with my service rep, car sat one week for very minor part (camera bracket). Could not talk to service manager because he was "moving on" or so the operator said. This is our first time having our routine oil change service at House of Imports. The appointment was at 11:00 am and it was completed at 2:30 pm. The service consultant said it would take 1-1.5 hours when we checked in. We didn’t expect it would take 3.5 hours for a simple oil change service. We are pretty disappointed.

Got my new car from House of imports. Service is poor. The rep just tried to sell the car with high finance rate even my credit is very good. I didn’t take the offer. The manager pretended the other guy wanna but this car with cash. Ok fine,give to him. This is not my first Mercedes but could be my last one. I spent my time to watch them perform. Both of them are older than me. This is funny. This is how Mercedes sell cars to their customers. I just left to buy BMW and they called me back. Finally they offer me a lower APR. The rep offered me discount on maintenance. When I went to the billing office the worker didn’t mentioned any discount about the maintenance. Then I wouldn’t buy extra maintenance. As I know Mercedes usually give small gifts for the new car owner. The rep never mentioned so I asked if you have a key chain as a gift. He said yes yes I can ship to your address. Of course I never received the gift. This is so tricky. They look at people and take orders. Good luck.

It was not a good one, 1st I have to take my car in for a recall, I don't get a ride home or a loaner. I was told I needed to pay for my own uber. When I showed up to pick up my car they said that the car wouldn't start even though they had called to let me know it was ready for pick up. Now I needed to take another uber back home and they would let me know when it was ready for pick up. So I will need another uber when the time comes to pick it up

Something I wanted to avoid was spending a large chunk of my day at the dealership and everyone who helped me made that possible. First time coming to Mercedes house of imports and they were very helpful in helping me with my problem I had with my Mercedes b250e electrical problem I had. Before taking my car to house of imports I called repair smith on line they came out did a diagnostic on my car and said it was a module gave me a code but did not know what module it was and changed me $250.00 for the diagnostics so that’s when I took my car to house of imports Thursday and got back Thursday excluding Saturday and Sunday works and runs good know great job thank you house of imports.

I went to this dealership to buy a new car and it was one of the worst experiences. Then i was assigned to another sales person, Abraham (Hoyoung) Kim. Abraham was not really interested in helping us out, and said this is what it is, rather than trying to see or understand what we are talking about. It felt like he was trying get rid of us. We drove 40 minutes one way and spent 45 minutes there hoping to get the car, but we had to just walk out due to the way we were treated.

Service was ok. 2 problems. They did not wash the car as promised. I had to request this be completed after I arrived to pick up car. They did not correct an item I requested. There was a loose exhaust tip cover that was obvious upon visual inspection. They said they drove the car and did not hear any rattling? This lack of attention to detail is concerning.

I was helped out by Khalinder Sharma for my first service on my car. He went above and beyond to take care of me and I am very thankful for his help. I will definitely be taking my car for it’s services to this location.

This is my family's second time purchasing a vehicle at this dealership and both times were great experiences. Our salesman, John, was very helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he was able to find us something, which is a little harder with used cars in my opinion. Kevin in finance was amazing and it was our second time dealing with him. He definitely did what he could to hook us up on certain things and I feel he was honest about which services we would actually need. We aren't exactly local to this dealer, so I can't comment on their service department, but I think we will give their service department a try when we're due for service next. If you're looking for a Mercedes, I would definitely recommend contacting House of Imports.

I met the sales representative, Mounsef, when I called to inquire if the dealership had an EQB 300 with a 3rd row seat. Mounsef said they did not have but had a couple that would be arriving soon. He asked if I wanted to see any other vehicles and I said I was not interested. I provided my contact information. Mounsef called me after a vehicle with the features I wanted was available. I made an appointment to see and test drive the vehicle. I had to take my 9-year-old child. Mounsef was professional and warm with the both of us. I was presented with concrete payment numbers for purchase and lease. I was not ready to commit to purchasing the vehicle that day and there was no harassment or questioning. Two days later, I returned and made the purchase.

The floor salesman was good but was a bit forgetful. Had to be reminded of requests several times. The sales manager was great, trying to accommodate requests as best as he can. However, there were discrepancies on what’s included with the vehicle. For example, the window sticker says cargo nets and key glove were included. The sales manager told me unfortunately they are not. Then, I wonder why they didn’t bother to correct the information. It was misleading at worst. Also, there were some very minor issues, which show at least the interior and the windshield weren’t thoroughly inspected or the inspection information wasn’t properly converted to the salesperson. I was a bit disappointed with my findings, but overall, I’m somewhat satisfied with the buying experience.

The bank and I thought it was strange and unusual for a dealership to call and verify a cashiers check. And the bank was more disappointed than I was with the experience, because they thought that I was being racially, profiled and dehumanize by the experience. Knowing that a cashiers check is already verified and ready funds. I only hope moving forward in the experience with customers with dealership that they come to an understanding and realize that a cashier check is ready funds and not put their customers through a horrific experience. My salesman was so kind and professional. I really appreciate his character and his knowledge of his job he was so apologetic about what happened.

It's very bad experience. I leased a Mercedes here and sold my BMW. They said that they would pay off for my BMW but I got bill from BMW . And I asked what happened to the House of Import and they said they're gonna send check and solve it. A couple of week later, he (Mr Bang) called me and something wrong with the check and asked me to send check to BMW and then they will send check to me. Horrible experience. Do not come here! Person never show up for my appointment. When I went there I waited 45 minutes to talk to someone else. I asked to see a car. They didn’t want me to see a car until I commit to buy. How can I commit to buy if I haven’t seen the car?. What if has dents? I asked 3 times to see the car, and Steven kept reinforcing the price and telling me how much will be out the door. I told him these numbers doesn’t mean anything unless I see a car. I got fed up and told him you know what I waited enough. Why you can just show me the car? I told them I will go to a different dealer instead. They probably thought I didn’t have enough money to buy since I am young. Well, I have a degree and can afford a car, but I will be going to another dealer instead. Horrible experience. No new cars to show only used ones. Why are you hiding the new cars? Is like they don’t want them to sell. I will not be back! Save your time and gas!

I was sold a lemon and now they don’t want to take the vehicle back after having it less than 2 weeks. I had to miss work while I had my car at another dealership who also stated that they would have never been able to sell a car like the one house of imports sold me. No one is making things right. I have purchased multiple vehicles from HOI and I will never be going back.

When I called to house of imports in Buena Park for recall, at first the representative told me I that don’t need to bring a car into dealership. It was 3 mails letter of recall and one of the latter said “risk of a crash or injury.” which I left voice message , Then Emily (apparently someone at Las Vegas office) texted me saying they will revise and yes need to bring the vehicle and if I need loaner. Usually Adam help me (house of import Buena Park) but he was off that day. Luis helped me and saying they won’t give me a loaner but since miscommunication he will still give me a rental car for one day, that was helpful because I had work to go to. Afternoon Luis texted me “ There isnt any recommendations, your rotors are just in the yellow 50% in life. we just had to bring it to your attention. But your car is ready for pick up. Also I did get with my manager. We can do the work for $1350 and we can have it done before the last pick up today. Let me know Which isn’t recommended and no need to spend extra money I decided not to. Overall was good experience, first when I though no car to drive back to work made me preoccupied. 3 weeks ago changed my windshield it was $2,700 same location and didn’t even ask for rental car. This time was little hard for this dealership to give me their rental car even made appointment and over our conversation they asked me for loaner.

House of imports is by far the best place to get a new car. This is true because our parents got an amazing deal and two weeks later we were there buying a new car. Once again Mouncef got us a deal that was too good to be true. We were hesitant at first and had to walk away. We then went to two different Benz dealership to see if we could get a better deal but we were right back to house of import that night to purchase the car. Mouncef never pressured us into buying anything and let us decide on our own if we wanted to purchase the car or not. He isn’t just a great sales person but a great person all around. We also got to work with Billy Sillamniku during our paperwork signing. He made it super easy to understand and made the process quick. He also gave us a better deal with the packages than what my parents paid for which made it a plus. He kept us in our budget and didn’t push or force us into something we were not comfortable with. Overall house of imports is an amazing dealership. Their staff is super friendly and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go here. It was for a recall, which includes to check the entire car. There was a checklist checking for leaks and it mentioned that the car has no leaks at all. Opening the hood, you will see that there is a leak near the oil filter. It is very hard to miss, I thought I will get more information about it but the checklist instead showed no visible leaks. I am starting to doubt if they really checked anything on their checklist at all.

He gave me multiple options that was within my preferred price point, and immediately got to work. I got there a little before 7pm, even though they close at 9pm, after spending all day looking for a car. I was fully prepared to walk out of there without a vehicle purchase, but David and his sales manager, Capone worked with what I wanted, needed, and can do. They accepted my trade in at a fair price. We went to house of imports to check out a 2022 E class 350. When we arrived Mounef greeted us and asked us a few questions on what we were looking for. After looking at a few cars we knew what we wanted. Mounef was there the entire time helping us and answering all the questions we had. He was very friendly and made the process of buying a car very easy “even though we made it tough on his end”. He got us the car at the price point we wanted. After purchasing the car, he sat with us and showed us how to use every feature in the car. He didn’t have to do this since he already made the sell but this is the type of person Mounef is and wanted us to know the ins and outs of the car before sending us home. I would not hesitate on going to this dealership. The dealership was very nice and clean. They had a bunch of different models and colors to choose from. The finance manager “Omar Qudah” was also a big help. He broke down all the number for us so we can understand and got us a very good deal on the extended warranty! It’s a high end car which warranty is a must. Overall we had a wonderful experience with Mounef and Omar. If you are in the market for a new luxury car go here and ask for Mounef. You will not be disappointed.

Overall good experience. Service advisor Kris was very responsive, and communicated cost estimates that were accurate to what it ended up being. The only downside to the experience was upon pickup. It took them more than 30 minutes to get my car and several people that arrived after me left before me. It seemed they couldn't locate the key. Then when the car arrived, it was dirty inside. They replaced the windshield and there was tape and other debris from the job still on the floor and in the cup holder area. The door sills on both sides of the car were filthy as they were working when it was raining. The car didn't look like it had been cleaned up at all. That was my biggest disappointment. I understand with a windshield you can't wash the car right away, but they could at least clean up after themselves inside. Other than that overall good experience. Car was done on time and quicker than they estimated.

My Service Manager is Bryan, he was professional and efficient. He addressed all my concerns. I had to leave my vehicle overnight and got a courtesy car from him which is very nice, he kept me posted throughout. I will recommend him to anyone whose Mercedez needs a service.

My lease is up and decided to purchase my vehicle. I had everything I needed to finance through my credit union. All I needed was a payoff letter. I made a huge mistake by calling the dealership. Jake Sanchez seemed very nice and helpful but in the end his intentions were not good. He claimed I needed to do a final inspection. I believed him and made the appointment to come in. He then asked me to go inside and fill out some forms. The forms looked like a loan application. When I contested he claimed my credit wouldn’t be ran and it was simply protocol in case my lender failed. That was a lie and my credit was ran. After, Keith Zmich the finance manager had me in his office for hours. He wanted to sell me extra stuff I didn’t want. All I wanted was the payoff letter or option contract to take to my bank. The experience was overwhelming. Keith claimed I had to sign the documents to send the contract to my lender. He seemed upset and rude at the end. He didn’t even ask for my lenders email or tell me how he was sending him the information. The next day I called the 800 number for Mercedes Benz finance and they confirmed my biggest fear. I was lied too. A retail installment agreement isn’t necessary to purchase my car. The dealership isn’t able to give me the payoff paperwork! I was stunned. I thought this dealership was honest since I had such a wonderful experience the first time. If they had any ethics they would have referred to the 800 number instead of having me go through all of this. They also ended up giving me an interest rate 4 points higher than my bank. I was taken advantage of and they got another sale for the month. Update 2/9/2023: I read the owners response and would like to provide an update. I called the number you provided TUESDAY from 9am-9pm asking for clarification on how to pay off this new agreement. I was sent to voicemail over and over and over. I emailed all of the finance department staff and no one responded to me. I emailed the GM and nothing. On Wednesday I called over and over with out any response. I called Mercedes-Benz Financial and asked them to call for me, they placed me on hold but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. My sister also called with out any luck. Finally, my lender got ahold of a lady in sales who looked into the contract and informed him I had FIVE days to come in with the check (2/10/23). My original lease isn’t over until the 18th. Jake claimed he was extending the contract to give me lender time to process the paperwork. While I was in Keith’s office I asked him how long he had extended my option for because I couldn’t see it on the contract he answered “don’t worry about it that doesn’t matter.” Turns out he shortened it by 8 days. I was never rude to them. I did what they asked to get my payoff. When we were leaving Keith said, “Get ready to pay more” and dismissed us. You all sell hundreds of cars each month. I don’t understand why they were so emotional over $11,000 in warranties I didn’t want and never asked for.

Brought my car in due to service light on the team led by Bill Chow found the reason, through a diagnosis and made the recommendation for repair. Bill communicated the time, costs, and delivered my car back, feeling brand new.

I experienced two flat tires and I was given proper guidance from Bill Chow whether I could still drive my car to the dealer or needed to request towing service. I stayed at the service center to wait for the tire job. It was done within the time range Bill estimated. The lounge was clean and quiet. However, I wish the waiting room has electrical outlet next to the chair to charge phone battery.

Made a service appointment via HOI website (super easy). The one thing I really want to point out are these words "customer advocacy". Besides the regular maintenace, I made to mention about the ongoing off/on abnormal braking sounds while backing out, and "needs" rotation of the tires. Everything were checked out to factory specifications. My 2 concerns were address: 1. braking sounds might be weather-related, 2. tires not needed for rotation. How often do I come across these kind of (honest) people? (It's easy to say "oh I did some brake work", Oh I rotated the tires"). I was impressed when the service consultant (Allan Halina) said something like "everything were good, save your money". Also, their 2 big coffee machines are back for our fresh-ground, fresh-brewed coffee. Overall, it was a great experience.

I am capable of most repairs of my car. The air hoses for the rear are under the battery and the acid from the battery damaged the hoses. The problem is, I have had to search elsewhere for air strut parts. Got over charged for parts of a struct kit (I was sold separately from the kit, why?)without ever getting clear information for the parts but lots of feeling, I should let them work of my car (or to buy another car). I wanted to paint damage from air struct failure and they gave me touch up paint and told me to go to a body shop to find a bigger quantity. $32 for not one can but a drip for touch up. Deductible is $250... but the job took 30 minutes after I found the iridium silver paint. I love my car but getting simple things for her is impossible when only the technician can get the information for parts(2010 s550). Finally done.

I genuinely look forward to getting my Mazda serviced here. I bought it about 2 years ago and maintenance is covered under my contract so it’s really convenient. My only suggestion would be that the parts are ordered and ready at the time of my appointment. I’ve shown up a few times and had to reschedule because they didn’t have the parts although my appointment had been booked for more than a few days or a week. Not a big deal but it would ideal to not have to reschedule so often.

I had a A service done, and a couple recalls completed. I came in by 9 am for a non appointment recalls. My advisor said I could also get my A service done. Everything was completed in a timely manner. My vehicle was even washed and detailed a bit.

Zero starts ! Very bad experience with finance department person named Capone Sychareun When I bought my car I came with pre approval letter from my bank with detailed instructions for dealership I had to guide him how to do it over 3 phone calls until issue was resolved, then he never send me my 2023 car stickers that was already paid by the previous car owner and he made me chase after him and call over and over again almost 4 months for it and never followed back and still never received the 2023 car stickers very unprofessional finance person please guys make sure not to work with him and choose a different finance person that will run your things smoothly that’s my best advice!

i went because there was a recall...Also it had a message of convenience package is unavailable at this time i replaced the battery myself i ask the advisor if i guys could reset it using your obd2 just the message sin nce i was going for a recall anyways...She daid i had to pay like $280 wish they could erase the message and helped me without the fee because i went their to fix the recall and i know it wasn't done because my vin didnt fall on the troubled years and vin# so i technically went there to have them insoect it and get a carwash... wish they could have extended a little but...but i guess it is what it is...

They got jokes. A car was purchased and it had 4 defective tires. All 4 have bubbles and the 2 rear are the wrong size. The dealer said bring the car back. 1. Bring car so we can test the tires. 2. You get there and they start talking about did you buy tire and rim insurance. 3. Then, they decide that they will only replace the 2 rear tires with Goodyear run flats. 4. Then they don't have those,, so they wi replace with Continental run flats. 5. Then they come back and say they don't have that brand but will replace with Perilli run flats. 6. Now over 2 1/2 hours later,, they come show you some erroneous picture of 1 tir and rim.. Supposedly proving that these current rims and tires aren't the ones that were on the car when they sold it to you. So I requested that they go through the camera footage to prove it. Now my integrity is being questioned. They come back and say the footage only goes back so far. Now they are again willing to replace the 2 rear ones. Well they should be replacing all 4. I lan to continue this issue with MBUSA and the BBB. Perhaps even my local television stations KNBC, KABC, KTLA, KCBS. This is a shame. This is some nonsense and foolishness.

I have always had a bad experience buying a used car. I always felt like the salesman always got the better of me. At House of Imports and more specific my salesman, Gary Morones, I was treated extremely well. Gary and their entire team was very helpful. I felt I was talking to long time friends. When I caught something minor about the car, the sales manager took it to service, put it up on the rack and they found something minor. They fixed it up and I took delivery of the car the next day. I will buy my next car from them and you should too.

Went in for my B service. Was told I would get a tire rotation which was not done. The service writer promised to call me back about a question on my GPS that neither he nor I could figure out. He never called back. Thinking back when they originally delivered the car it was dirty. For a luxury car dealership they do not make you feel like you bought a luxury car. Felt like I spent over $300.00 for an oil change as that is the only service actually performed.

I have taken my car for servicing to House of Imports since I bought my car and I have always had great customer service. I typically schedule an appointment, but on this occasion I did not, and I drove to the service department and was greeted by friendly staff and was asked if I wanted someone in particular to help me, I said I would take who ever is available. I was assigned Bryan. He was quick, efficient and looked into a Lyft but it was too expensive, so he got me a loaner car for the day. I was very happy that I was able to make it work. Bryan kept me informed and updated me through out day. Thank you

From start to finish, and beyond, the experience I had with the used car sales department was amazing. It was one of the smoothest transitions/sales that I've been a part of and what sets this experience apart from others is the service from Paul Joval. Kudos to him and the rest of the used car sales team. Yes, it is a Mercedes dealership and this is what I expected but for a dealership and sales associate to actually live up to the expectations is hard to come by these days.

They have a good costumer service

Sent my car to the service dept to get a few things checked. Turns out the lift to raise the car up for inspection stuck in the raised position. No problem as I have another vehicle but it was a bit of an inconvenience as I had to wait 5 days to get my car back. On the good side, it allowed them to inspect for any fluid leaks which they found non on my ABC control system but they did recommend a few items that needed to be taken care of in the future. All in All, My representative Melissa was great. She was very patient and knew her job well. Thanks Mercedes of Buena Park

Very nice dealership. Great looking facility and friendly/professional people. they offer uber service for your maintenance needs and have two very nice waiting areas if you want to wait. Everyone I've dealth with has been very nice to work with. The buying process is fairly easy, they have a no haggle price, so what you see is what you get. However, like most places they will try and upsell options, but it is as soft sale, they don't push. overall great place to deal with, I would recommend to anyone
